A gathering of classic Toyota 4-wheel drive vehicles in conjunction with the

14th Annual Black Hills Cruiser Classic

 

The Classic-Classic will give owners of original and restored classic Toyota's a chance to enjoy group "trail" runs to scenic areas of the Black Hills, including Mt.Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument and Custer State Park.

RULES

  1. No alcohol permitted on the trail; no pets or firearms permitted in camp or on the trail.

  2. The trail leader is responsible for the conduct of the trail ride and his/her decisions are final. Trail leaders can disqualify any vehicle due to lack of ability to complete the trail.  If you leave a trail ride before the conclusion, you must contact the trail leader before leaving. CB radio is used by trail leaders to facilitate the trail ride. Foul language is not permitted.

  3. Vehicle technical inspections will be conducted for required safety and trail equipment. Drive responsibly to protect the environment and only where motorized vehicles are permitted. All participants must abide by U.S. Forest Service/Badlands National Park rules and regulations. Do not take items from historic sites; leave history for all to enjoy.

  4. Make sure you always maintain visual contact with the vehicles around you on trail rides. Stop and wait for the vehicle behind you if you lose sight.

  5. All vehicles must be street legal, licensed, four wheel drives. Have your own liability insurance. The BHCC is not responsible for accidents, damage, or injury to persons or vehicles. All drivers must be legally licensed and are responsible for the occupants of that vehicle. No motorcycles, three wheelers, ATVs, etc., will be allowed at any time.

  6. Each vehicle must have a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and comply with TLCA safety requirements.  A CB, tools, hi-lift jack, winch and spare parts are recommended.

  Check-in/technical inspection
7:30 pm Classic Welcome and Driver's Briefing
  Night Run to Mt.Rushmore
 

Thursday July 14th

7:00am - 8:00am Late check-in and technical inspection
  Trail ride to Northern Black Hills Area
 

Friday July 15th

  Trail ride to Southern Black Hills Area
 

Saturday, July 16th

  Show & Shine at Toyota of the Black Hills Dealership
  Event Raffle and Dinner
 

Sunday, July 17th

  Pack up, head home, and plan for next year's Classic

 


TRAIL PERMITS

BHNF Vehicle Trail Permits are NOT required for Classic-Classic Participants as you will not be running trails that require a permit.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

2011 Event Registration -- (Includes 3 days of trail rides, dash plaque, Event t-shirt & Raffle Ticket)
By June 1, 2011 --$135.00
After June 1, 2011 --$150.00
 
Camping Fee  -- $40.00  (Includes 4 nights of camping with excellent facilities)  
Additional Passengers  -- $35.00   (includes 4 nights of camping and Event Dinner)  
Cabins are available to rent from Wild Bills Campground. For cabin reservations visit www.wildbillscamp.com.
Reservations are not needed for individuals camping at Wild Bills Campground. DTC reserves the entire campground during the BHCC.  
Cancellations prior to July 1 will be refunded after the Classic minus a $20 administration fee. Cancellations after July 1 are non-refundable. Registration transfers will be accepted.
